The following terms and conditions shall apply to this Agreement as follows:
a. Owner understands and agrees that the parking privileges granted under this Agreement are only valid at the PBHC Valet Parking Facility.
b. Owner agrees to strictly follow any written procedures, if such exist at the PBHC Valet Parking Facility, regarding the parking and retrieval of Tenant’s vehicle from the PBHC Valet Parking Facility. Tenant further agrees to abide by the rules and regulations concerning the lot as promulgated by the Zenith Valet.
Failure to so abide may result, at Zenith Valets option, in the suspension or termination of the Tenant’s Valet privileges hereunder, upon written
notice of the Zenith Valet.
c. Zenith Valet shall not be liable for any vehicle loss, damage, or delays in parking and / or retrieval due to any cause whatsoever, including specifically, but not limited to automated equipment failure, weather, fire,
explosion, accident, theft, breakdown of service, labor, or strikes, and Tenant hereby releases the Zenith Valet from any and all such liability.
d. Zenith Valet shall not be liable for damage or injury to persons or property resulting from, but not limited to, the negligence, unskillful operation, failure to utilize the automated equipment in the manner set forth in the
written procedure, or improper conduct of Tenants or operators of other motor vehicles, their agents, servants, or employees, and Tenant hereby releases the Zenith Valet from any and all such liability.
e. Zenith Valet shall not be responsible or liable for personal property of any nature whatsoever left in, on, or about any motor vehicle.
f. Parking privileges granted hereunder shall apply only to the vehicle identified herein or to any other vehicles substituted by the Tenant with the Zenith Valet prior written permission, and shall be personal to the Tenant
and may not be assigned. The privilege shall apply only to the Tenant’s primary identified vehicle and the Tenant shall have no right to park any other vehicle with the Parking Facility. The vehicle to be parked
in this parking facility MUST have current registration.

The Contract ends on 13th month after start date unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to 12 month completion, the Client is responsible for paying for remaining months on the contract.

The Business will invoice the Client monthly unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified on Auto Pay. Unpaid or overdue invoices will result in late fees and fines.

Refunds:

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Service unconditionally. No refunds allowed
